Thank you for trusting Magnificent Moments Photography with your session. By doing business with Magnificent Moments Photography LLC, you accept the terms below. These terms may be updated from time to time, so please check back for updates.
Planning a wedding is deeply personal and often represents a significant investment. We are committed to helping protect that investment so your day can be everything it should be.
Copyrights and trademarks
All materials appearing on magnificentphotosnow.com are the property of Magnificent Moments Photography LLC. Materials protected by this copyright include all images, text, logos, graphics, and design elements of the website. You may use the content only for shopping, placing an order, or conducting tasks directly associated with those purposes. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, republication, modification, upload, transmission, or distribution without prior written consent may violate applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Jurisdiction
Magnificent Moments Photography LLC is a limited liability company with its principal place of business in Shelby County, Alabama. Any legal action involving Magnificent Moments Photography LLC shall be governed by the laws of Alabama without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disagreements arising from use of our services will be adjudicated by an appropriate federal or state court in Shelby County, Alabama.
Appointment agreement
By booking an appointment, you agree that the specified date and time are the date and time we will honor. Sessions can be canceled for a full refund within 72 hours after the deposit is made. No refund will be issued for sessions canceled later than that window. Appointment changes or cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment; later modifications may result in a fee of 25% of the overall service cost. If you arrive late, the photographer may end the session at the originally scheduled time. If we are late, we will extend the session to provide the originally agreed coverage.
Photo release agreement
By booking an appointment with Magnificent Moments Photography LLC, you agree that photographs and videos taken may be used by Magnificent Moments Photography LLC and our subsidiaries for promotional purposes.
Content delivery
Magnificent Moments Photography LLC delivers content by digital link. Photographs are supplied in formats suitable for both printing and social media. Content remains accessible to the client for 72 hours after delivery, so clients are encouraged to download all files promptly.
Privacy and security
Magnificent Moments Photography LLC does not rent, trade, loan, or sell personal information that may identify you to third parties. Information we collect is used to process your order and improve your service experience.
Your personal information
When you place an order, you may provide your name, email address, payment information, address, and phone number. We use this information to process your order. Financial information is used for billing purposes only.
Client consent
By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of the information described in this policy. Changes to this policy will be posted on this page. Magnificent Moments Photography LLC may cooperate with law enforcement, report suspected unlawful activity, or release account information when necessary to enforce our agreements or protect the rights, property, and safety of our users, Magnificent Moments Photography LLC, or others.
